4 Weeks To Selling Success

Then collect everything like property records and home repair documentation. This will streamline the selling process once we get started.

Determine the Best Strategy - We’ll discuss ALL the selling options available to you so you can make the decision that works best for your situation and your goals. You’ll learn how I simplify the entire process and eliminate loads of stress for you.

WEEK 2

Home Inspection - We'll line up a home inspector to conduct a pre-listing inspection. This will help identify any issues that need to be addressed so you can make top-dollar when you sell. You’ll be able to fix any potential deal-breakers before the buyer’s inspection, which will make negotiations go more smoothly and will save you $$$$.

Freshen Up. Give your home a little TLC and get it ready for buyers. A fresh coat of paint, updated fixtures (especially in the kitchen and bathroom), and a thorough deep clean will bring a fresh feeling to your home.

WEEK 3

Declutter & Neutralize - This is one of the most important steps! Start decluttering and packing up things. Thin out your closets and pantry. Go through your home and remove personal items and personal decor choices. Your goal is to help buyers envision themselves in your home by creating a blank canvas with your furniture and decor.

WEEK 4

Professional Photos & Video – It’s imperative to SHINE ONLINE!  Buyers may not even step inside your home if they don’t first love what they see online! I utilize the very best photographers and videographers to ensure we highlight your home’s very best features!

Prepare to Launch - With the bulk of your hard work done, you’re ready for showtime! And now it’s time for me to start working my magic!!
